We are proposing an investment opportunity package for any interested investor, who is ready to work with us by investing in an organized and well-structured agriculture business plan which guarantees high yield investment return on any invested amount within a short period of time. We also render consultant service to any individual or corporate bodies to setup farm.

Overview

The basic need of man is food and in a country like Nigeria where the population keeps growing geometrically, the demand for food grows farther from the supply. This makes food insufficient for the teeming population. According to FAO (2013), Nigeria has a food problem and the components of this problem include stagnation in food production, inefficient food pricing as well as protein-calorie deficient diets. Therefore animal protein should be given more attention so as to improve the nutrition of the average Nigerian and to bridge the protein deficiency gap and reduce overdependence on imported frozen poultry products.

Proposed Project

We are seeking for an investor or partnership within the following area of agriculture business which includes Poultry, Fishpond (Catfish), Piggery, Snailery Farming (Heliculture), Palm Plantation and Cassava Plantation (Cassava Chips, Pellets, Tapioca or Starch and flour Production for export only). We seek and prefer a long time investor or partnership, invested fund will start generating income within (6) Months and Twenty Four (24) Months. For Example, cassava plantation will start generating income after 12months, while palm plantation income will start flowing in four years, Poultry will take five months for incomes to start flowing, snail farming take between 18months and 24months to start generating income, Fishpond takes four to six months, while piggery takes seven to eight month to start generating incomes.

We have developed a business plan and strategies for all area of agriculture we are investing your fund into and a proper documentation and agreement will be drafted along with investment return policy, there is no hidden procedure nor condition, it is 100% legitimate business venture. All document will be provided on request.

Note : All invested capital will take a minimum of five (5)  to ten  (10)year to facilitate the return of total capital invested in any of agriculture platform stated in the following table.
